Got your eye on something? Awesome! Once you've placed your order, we’ll get cracking. We usually fulfill orders within 1–2 business days, but depending on the warehouse, it may take up to 3 business days. As soon as your item’s on the move, we’ll shoot you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours—including a tracking number so you can follow along.

General Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location and the item ordered, but here’s a rough guide:
- 2–5 Business Days – Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney Metro
- 3–8 Business Days – Other Major Cities & Regional NSW, QLD, SA, VIC
- 7–12 Business Days – NT, TAS, WA, Remote QLD
Free Delivery
Great news – we offer FREE shipping on most orders across Australia. Easy on your wallet, better for your gear goals.
Some super-remote regions might fall outside our courier network. Go ahead and place your order—if it’s flagged, we’ll be in touch to work something out.
Restricted Free Delivery Zones
For oversized or heavy items, delivery to certain remote areas might not be possible to your door. If that's the case, we’ll reach out to arrange delivery to your nearest depot. If it’s not practical, no worries—we’ll give you a full refund.
90-Day Free and Easy Returns
Not vibing with your purchase? No worries! Eligible products come with a 90-Day Free Return Trial. Use it, test it—and if it’s not right for you, return it free of charge. We’ll even cover the return shipping or reimburse you if you’ve already paid for it.
Returned items can have normal wear and tear, but no damage from misuse or neglect. Make sure to include all original packaging and accessories.
This applies for all products with the exception of inflatable pontoons (policy below).
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
Had a change of heart on an inflatable pontoon? You’ve got 30 days to return unused and unopened items. Due to the nature of some products, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is still in its original packaging and completely unused.
Repacking unofortunately affects it's resale value too much.
Other Terms and Conditions
If you miss your delivery, your item will usually be taken to the nearest depot. We can organise a re-delivery to your home on your behalf, though a small additional fee may apply.
While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, you’ll get tracking details by email. You can contact the freight company directly for more accurate ETAs.
Please let us know if:
- Someone will be available to sign for delivery
- There’s a safe spot to leave the item if no one’s home
- The delivery address is a business—include the building name and business hours
- You notice any damage on arrival—note it on delivery or refuse to accept it. If accepted, snap clear photos of any damage and email them to gday@truegear.com.au straight away so we can help lodge a return or claim
