Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Got your eye on something? Awesome! Once you've placed your order, we’ll get to work. We’re usually able to fulfill orders within 1-2 business day, however, this does vary depending on the warehouse so please allow up to 3 business days. Once it’s on its way, we'll ping you with a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatch and a tracking number.

General Delivery Timeframes
While delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and item ordered, you can generally expect your package to arrive within the timeframe below.
- 2-5 Business Days - Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne Sydney Metro
- 3-8 Business Days - Other Major Cities & NSW, QLD, SA, VIC Regional
- 7-12 Working Days - NT, TAS, WA, QLD Remote

We've got great news for our Aussie customers – shipping is on us! That’s right, FREE shipping on most orders, making shopping with us even sweeter.
Some very remote regions of Australia might not be possible with our couriers, go ahead and place your order - and if it's flagged we'll be in touch.
Restricted Free Delivery Zones
Sometimes packages can be quite heavy/large and transporting it to your doorstep, depending on where you live in this vast country of ours, might be difficult. In that case we will get in touch after you place your order and discuss delivery to your nearest depot. If it doesn't make sense then no harm done, we'll refund the order.
90 Day's Free and Easy Returns
If you're not absolutely smitten with your purchase? No stress! You've got 90 days to decide if it's a keeper. If not, sending it back is a cinch. Send it back to us and send us the bill for postage while you're at it! Love it or return it for FREE– it's that simple! Just make sure the item and the packaging are in tip-top shape.
In some cases, return delivery is over $200, in that case you will receive a $200 credit towards your shipping costs.
Other Terms and Conditions
If you miss the delivery, no worries! You may need to pick up your item(s) from the freight company's depot. We can arrange re-delivery to your home, but please note this will incur a small extra cost.
While we cannot pinpoint the exact time and date of delivery since it's out of our hands, you'll receive an email with tracking details. This way, you can contact the freight company directly for more accurate timing.
Please let us know if:
- Someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
- There's a safe spot to leave the item if no one will be home.
- The address is a business location; we will need the business hours and the name of the building.
- You notice any damage. If so, make a note when signing for the delivery or refuse to accept it. If you do accept delivery, immediately snap some photos of the damaged packaging or products with your smartphone or camera. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send the photos to support@compactco.com.au and visit our returns page to lodge your return claim.
